By accessing or using this Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you ("you", "user", "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
Use of this Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. About Our Products
p+care sells orthopedic support products, including braces, sleeves, wraps, belts, mobility aids, and related accessories, manufactured under ISO 13485-certified quality systems.

Product descriptions, guides, blog articles, and size charts on this Website are provided for general informational purposes only. 3. Account Registration
- You may browse the Website without an account, but placing orders may require you to register or provide accurate contact and delivery details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
4. Orders & Acceptance
- Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, bulk-ordering abuse of retail pricing, or a documented pattern of abusive replacement/refund claims or refused deliveries (see Section 7).
- If your order is cancelled after payment has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- An order confirmation (by email/SMS/WhatsApp) does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices, offers, and free-shipping thresholds (currently free shipping on orders above ₹699) are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order placement.
- We accept payments through the methods displayed at checkout: prepaid payment (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets) processed by our payment gateway partner Razorpay, and cash on delivery where available for your pin code. We do not store your full card details.
- In the event of a pricing error that is obvious or clearly a mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India through third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed.
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹699 (calculated on the cart value after any discount). Below that, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code, and cash-on-delivery handling charges (where applicable) are shown before you confirm the order.
- Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
- Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
- For orders refused at delivery or returned to origin due to non-availability of the recipient, shipping charges (and COD handling fees, where applicable) may be deducted from any refund.
7. Replacements & Refunds
- We follow a replacement-first policy, governed by our Refund & Replacements Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging and tags are not eligible for replacement.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dislike, or size issues; size issues are covered by a one-time courtesy replacement only.
- For approved claims of damaged, defective, or wrong products, replacement of the same product (or required size/variant) is the default remedy. A refund to the original payment method (or store credit, at your option) is issued where such an approved claim cannot be resolved by replacement — for example, where the product is out of stock or discontinued — or in the other limited situations set out in the Refund & Replacements Policy, within the timelines stated in that policy.
- We reserve the right to apply the fair-use and anti-abuse measures described in the Refund & Replacements Policy, including declining claims that fail verification and restricting accounts showing a pattern of abusive claims.
- Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Bulk Orders & Hampers
- Bulk ordering, institutional purchases, and customised gift hampers may be subject to separate quotations, minimum order quantities, lead times, and payment terms communicated to you at the time of enquiry.
- Customised or personalised hamper orders, once confirmed and processed, may not be eligible for cancellation or return except in the case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
9. Product Information & Sizing
- We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, dimensions, and specifications accurately; however, actual colours may vary depending on your display.
- Sizing information is provided as guidance. Please measure carefully using the size guide shown on each product page before ordering. Choosing an incorrect size does not constitute a product defect, though a one-time size replacement may be available under our Refund & Replacements Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including the p+care name and logo, product names, images, text, graphics, designs, and software — is the property of PR Flexmake Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or connected systems;
- scrape, harvest, or copy Website content or data by automated means without permission;
- upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
- place fraudulent orders, submit false or exaggerated replacement/refund claims, or misuse offers, coupons, referral programs, or our replacement process.
We reserve the right to suspend access and to cancel orders in case of breach.

If you submit reviews, ratings, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Website and our marketing, with or without your name.
