3. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Logistics partners — name, address, and phone number, to deliver your orders;
- Payment gateways — to process payments securely;
- IT and hosting providers — who host the Website and our order-management systems;

All service providers are engaged under terms requiring them to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
4. Analytics & Advertising (Cookies, Pixels & Server Events)
We use third-party analytics and advertising tools to understand how the Website is used and to measure and improve our advertising:
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — to measure Website traffic and usage.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads for our products. These tools may receive standard e-commerce event data such as the pages you visit, products you view, items you add to cart, and purchases you complete, along with identifiers such as cookies, IP address, and browser information. Where you provide it at checkout, hashed contact information (such as a hashed email or phone number) may be shared to improve measurement.
The data shared with these partners is limited to product and order information and standard interaction events. It does not include any information about medical conditions or health status.
Meta and Google process this data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Your choices: You can control advertising cookies through your browser settings (Section 5), opt out of personalised ads through your Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings, and use tools such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
5. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies — required for core functions such as cart, login, and checkout;
- Analytics cookies — to understand Website usage and improve performance;
- Advertising cookies — to measure ad performance and show relevant ads.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect Website functionality (for example, the cart or checkout may not work).
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
- Order and invoice records — retained as required under Indian tax and accounting laws (generally up to 8 years);
- Account data — retained while your account is active; deleted or anonymised upon verified deletion request, subject to legal retention requirements;
- Marketing preferences — until you opt out or withdraw consent;
- Analytics data — retained per the retention settings of our analytics providers.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted access to order systems, and vetted third-party providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
